Conflict Redemption: Honoring Others and Glorifying God Through Conflict
None of us enjoy the chaos and pain of conflict. For many Christians there is a stigma attached to being in conflict with another person. This course will help followers of Christ walk through a conflict using the A.F.F.I.R.M. model for conflict redemption.
Eric shares concepts through video modules and downloadable material from his book "Sacred Conflict" with intentional assignments for each module called "Redemptive Work."
This course also gives participants an opportunity to have a coaching call with Eric between modules 3 and 4. He looks forward to infusing hope and biblical perspective as you work toward the peaceful conclusion you desire.
What's in the Course?
You will glean concepts that will challenge you, encourage you, and help you move through interpersonal conflict. For example:
- Conflict is not what you think it is. It is an inside-out progression rather than an outside-in aggression.
- You are wired to react to conflict. Learn more about the difference between "funneling" and "filtering" conflict.
- Who you bring to the conflict is more important than the conflict itself.
- The A.F.F.I.R.M. model will give you the step-by-step process for meeting the challenges of engaging conflict in a way that honors others and glorifies God.
- Each module will give you content to read, Scripture to meditate on and questions for you to engage.
